To me, selling real estate is not just about getting a property sold and moving on to the next one – it’s about truly understanding the needs and goals of my clients. I do this by actively listening, then developing a strategy that works best for their situation – be it upsizing, downsizing, moving to a different city or getting out of a difficult situation.

Throughout my years of being in business, I’ve learnt the key values of building a strong foundation and a lasting name:

  • Reputation is far more valuable than making a fast dollar,
  • Keep your word and deliver on promises.

These are the values I call on every day as a salesperson. I believe that if a client completes business with me and a few months later we see each other in a grocery store, I should be able to look them in the eye and shake hands with a smile.
